The Lakewood Baptist Church recently delivered hundreds of boxes of cereal to the Westbay Marketplace run by Westbay Community Action. Lincoln Smith organized a three-week drive ending Feb. 27 that collected 481 boxes of cereal. He extended a thank you to his nieces Emily McGuire and Emma Vernet for their help, his church community and to Woodbury Union Church and Pawtuxet Baptist Church that also assisted with the cereal challenge. Pictured are Emily McGuire, Lincoln Smith, Emma Vernet in front of all of the cereal packed up for delivery.
