The House of Hope Community Development Corp. Board of Directors has elected its executive officers for 2020-2021. Michael Maynard, of Warwick, was elected as president. He is Director of Corporate Communications at Textron Inc. Joshua Gorra, of Cranston, has been re-elected as treasurer. He is Managing Partner at Gorra Financial Group. Anita Sowers, of Scituate, was re-elected as secretary. She is a Lead Care Manager at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. The House of Hope CDC is a Warwick-based non-profit organization with a mission to end homelessness in Rhode Island and end the personal and social trauma of homelessness through a host of supportive services and affordable housing opportunities.
