Rhode Island Energy will pave West Shore Road between Frawley Street and West Greeley as the final step to its gas main replacement work that has been going over the past year. Milling will begin the week of April 3 with paving coming shortly thereafter. According to a RI Energy spokesman, the project should take about two to three weeks to complete.
