Dr. Alan Post will talk about meditation how it can make you happier, healthier, and smarter at the Warwick Public Library on Wednesday, August 23 at 7 p.m.
Research shows that meditation has many lasting benefits, including reducing anxiety, irritability, and depression, improving your mood and emotional balance, easing stress, supporting your immune system, and boosting memory and learning.
Post, D.C. has practiced meditation since 1976 and is one of 14 contributors to “Meditation as Medication for the Soul” by Rajinder Singh. He has a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine, a BS in human biology, and certification in acupuncture.
