Jo-Anne (Heffernan) Clark, 63, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024, at Hope Hospice in Providence. She was the companion and soulmate of Jane A. Nicynski for 36 years. Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Anna “Anne” N. (Urban) Heffernan. Jo-Anne was the beloved mother of Michael J. Clark (Kimberly) and Andrew J. Clark (Melissa); loving grandmother of Joshua Clark-Cote, Jakob Clark and Caleb Clark. Jo-Anne worked as an assistant manager and support staff at a group home before retiring.
Her visitation will be held Monday, June 24, 2024, from 4-7pm with a service at 7pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
