Eric Beeley, Sr., 94, of Warwick, passed peacefully February 3, 2013, at Shady Acres Nursing Home. \
Born in Lancashire, England, he came to this country at a very early age. He was a son of the late William and Edith (Hall) Beeley and was married to his late wife Helen Doherty for 60 years.
Mr. Beeley was a disabled United States Army veteran of World War II serving in Australia.
He leaves two grandchildren, Bonnie A. Beeley and Frank J. Olivera both of Warwick; and a daughter-in-law, Nancy Lee Hampton Beeley of Warwick. He was father of the late Eric Beeley, Jr.
Funeral was Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from the Stapleton-Barry-Holdredge Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul Church, One St. Paul Place, Cranston, at 10:00 a.m. His life was celebrated with calling hours Wednesday 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. Burial, with military honors, will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
