Start planning those picnics and pack your lawn chairs. Sunday afternoon, June 2 on the beautiful lawn at Clouds Hill Victorian House Museum in Warwick, enjoy an afternoon concert with Narragansett Brass Quintet.
Your favorite brass quintet is back: Joseph Foley and Richard Kelley, trumpets; Kevin Owen, French horn; Alexei Doohovskoy, trombone, and Tom Gregory, tuba.
On June 2, they'll be performing a richly varied program spanning five centuries: from Palestrina, Gabrieli, and Bach to McKee, Lane, and Gershwin's Porgy and Bess Suite.
If inclement weather threatens, the concert will move indoors to First Baptist Church, 30 Peirce Street, just 1.4 miles from Clouds Hill -- to be announced on our website by noon on June 2.
Students are always welcomed to our concerts, free of charge. Tickets ($30) are available at the door (cash and check only) or in advance by credit card HERE.
