1989 34' Silverton Convertible Motor Vessel SANTA MARIA with HIN STNC0063L889 and last known owner(s) Zachary Barnes and/or Devin R. McMurray at 10:00 AM at SHM’s North Yard, 252 Second Point Rd., Warwick, RI 02889; vessel lien: $4,275.88 plus collection costs; and
1968 34' Tartan 34C Sailing Vessel THUNDER MOON with Off. # 516311 and last known owner(s) Shawn Phillips and/or Greg D. Wurtz at 10:15 AM at SHM’s East Yard, 125 Wharf Rd., Warwick, RI 02889; vessel lien: $5,706.97 plus collection costs.
Each vessel sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express/implied warranties. Vessel must be paid for in full in cash or certified funds at time of sale and contractually agreed to be removed from premises within 10 days of title transfer approval.
