The Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals recently hosted the Warwick Rotary Club for a pre-opening tour of its newly completed home at 155 Plan Way in Warwick. The building, previously world headquarters for Plan International, has undergone extensive renovations to provide extensive facilities for its canine and feline occupants and the latest facilities for its clinics. The relocation of animals from facilities in East Providence to Warwick started this week. A public grand opening will take place September 14 from 4 to 6 p.m. Wayne Kezirian, chairman of the RISPCA board who also served as general contractor and clerk of the works for the project (seen here) gave Rotarians a tour of the building.
