The Bishop Hendricken baseball team finished the regular season unbeaten and in first place in Division I after beating Central 15-6 in the finale.
Ryan Thompson and Braeden Campbell paced the offense with three RBI each. Cooper Maher tossed four innings on the mound and recorded eight strikeouts. Jack LaRose also knocked in a pair of runs in the win.
Toll Gate 5, Smithfield 4
Ryan Reid drove in two runs to propel Toll Gate to the win over Smithfield on Tuesday. Austin Wheeler, Luca Barletta and Jeremie Luna also knocked in runs. Barletta also pitched five innings and struck out three batters while Cameron Brodeur earned the win in relief.
SOFTBALL
La Salle 9, Pilgrim 1
The Rams remained undefeated and in first place by beating Pilgrim on Tuesday. Marin Prest drove in Skylar Hawes for Pilgrim’s lone run.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Pawtucket 3, Toll Gate 0
Austin Scotti led Toll Gate with 10 kills in the Titans’ loss on Tuesday.
