George S. Worrall passed away at his home in Warwick on June 4, 2024, with his family by his side. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late George A. and Sarah E. (Miner) Worrall. George would have been 94 years old on June 24, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 72 years Nancy Louise (Henrikson) Worrall.
George worked as a Sales Representative in the commercial window industry and worked for the Pawtuxet Valley Chamber of Commerce. He was a life member of the Warwick Knights of Columbus and Past Grand Knight Council 2295.
Besides his wife George is survived by his children Marcia Blazar (Alan), Michael (Sally), Nancy Gagne (Raymond), and Mark (Maryellen). He was predeceased by his daughter Tracey Worrall. He was the grandfather of Jill Caruso, Yuri Blazar, Josef Blazar, Neil Gagne, Renee Gagne, Alana Worrall Guardiano, Holly Worrall, Ian Worrall, and Aidan Worrall, the great grandfather of Cam Blazar, Elle Blazar, Yvonne Blazar, Vera Blazar, Luca Caruso, Michael McLarey, Noah Gagne, and Ella Gagne.
His funeral will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 7:30 a.m. from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Kevin’s Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m.
