School administrators started the opening of school last Thursday with a visit to Oakland Beach Elementary that for the last academic year was relocated to Gorton during renovations. It was an occasion for taking pictures as Superintendent Lynn Dambruch demonstrated as she snapped a selfie with third grader Anna Smith. She was not alone.
